POCESSING TIMES:
Processing time is the time that takes me to put the order together in order to be shipped. My processing time is 1-3 days.
Please be aware that during busy periods such as Holidays, curriers tend to experience dalys worldwide due to high demand on postage. We recommend to follow deadlines when shopping for Christmas. We understand how important is to get presents in time for your love ones to show them your love, we will dispatch orders in time during busy periods and we recommend you to place your orders following these deadlines:

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED:
Accidents can happen during transit. If this happens please message me with a picture of the damage item and I will replace it for you.
IMPORTANT!
Take pictures as soon as you receive the damaged parcel. Take pictures before opening of the box, labels and any other damaged parts.
Don't throw away anything before taking pictures!
Even if the package looks in good conditions, but the contents inside are damaged, don't throw away the package, take a picture of everything and send it over so I can help.
Make sure you report any broken or damage items within 7 days from delivery.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?:
We don’t accept returns. Any exchanges must be done within 7 days from delivery. The customer is responsible for any exchange shipping costs and all products must on perfect unused state.
Original packaging is not mandatory.
The customer agrees to be responsible for the delivery condition of the goods and for any issues such as packages getting lost in the mail when they are sent back for exchanges.
